Orange County Cares About Cats (OCCATS)supports a network of feral cat caretakers with spay and neuter assistance.  The Orange County SPCA actively promotes Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) as the only humane way to control the population of feral and abandoned cats.  Feral cats deserve to live and can coexist within our communities. The OCSPCA is unable to take in any rescued or surrendered animals into our foster homes at this time due to overwhelming numbers of cats and kittens already awaiting homes.
